Your order will be freshly roasted in St. Louis, Missouri and shipped promptly to you.Roasted coffee beans need to breath for 24-48 hours after roasting and should be used within two to three weeks of roasting for maximum flavor.  Coffee tastes its best when brewed with cold filtered water and the beans are ground just before using.  The highest quality and best tasting coffees available today are from micro-roasters.
